Terms of Service

Welcome to the Prayer App (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

The App provides daily prayers, custom prayer generation, subscription-based features, and related tools designed to encourage and support your spiritual life. The App is not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You agree to use the App in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App or its servers
• Upload or enter content that is hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
• Misuse any feature, including AI-based prayer generation, in a way that could cause harm or offence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4.1 Subscription Features

Some features of the App are available only through a paid subscription. Subscription billing may be handled via Stripe on the web, or through Apple App Store / Google Play Billing on mobile platforms.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscription charges, billing intervals, and currency may vary by region. Many plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance via your account, device settings, or store subscription panel.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the policies of Stripe, Apple, or Google. We do not control and cannot override the refund decisions of these third parties.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate prayers and related text. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI output may occasionally be imperfect or inaccurate
• Content is provided for encouragement, not for medical, legal, or professional advice
• You remain responsible for how you use, rely on, or share any generated content

We aim to keep content biblically grounded and pastoral in tone, but we cannot guarantee theological perfection.

When you enter subjects, preferences, notes, or custom prayers, you remain the owner of that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process this content solely to operate and improve the App.

We do not use your personal prayer content to train external AI models or for advertising purposes.

All intellectual property in the App, including its design, logo, text, graphics, underlying code, and AI prompt systems, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any part of the App, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be suspended, restricted, or modified at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will adjust the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, unless a different governing law is required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
